System Requirements
- macOS 10.15+ (Apple Silicon + Intel)
- Windows 10/11 (x64)
- Linux (x64 + ARM64) with glibc 2.39+, e.g. Ubuntu 24.04, Debian 13, Fedora 40
- Local AI: Ollama or Apple Intelligence (macOS 26+); cloud only with your consent
- For Ollama, more than 8 GB of RAM; with 8 GB, Apple Intelligence or a cloud provider is the better choice
- iPhone with iOS 26 or later (analyses with Apple Intelligence on supported devices or with a cloud provider)
- Coming soon: Android 13 or later (analyses with a cloud provider)

sudo snap install saytrue Snap is available for x64. For ARM64, use the .deb, .rpm or AppImage package from GitHub.
Setup
Saytrue requires Ollama, Apple Intelligence (macOS 26+), or a cloud provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral). For optional transcription, the app downloads a speech model for whisper.cpp on first launch.
